It’s always nice to have a buyer consultation to meet prior to looking at any properties. This can be done at a location of your choice. That way we can go over your criteria, location and budget.
Do you have any idea what type of home you would like? We want to make sure that we are looking in the correct price range. In this market, most of the homes are priced fairly, so staying close to your budget would be recommended.
Would you like a single-family home, and condo, or a zero lot? Any or all could work for you but also depends on your location and if there is a particular school district you would like to be in. Once we have narrowed down some of your criteria and we have looked at some of the homes online, I will schedule the showings for you to view in person. We will want this to work with your schedule and availability. Some showings take longer than others, depending on the home and how interested you are. This process can be a lot of fun! Narrowing down what you like and don’t like, then you can make a decision on what home you can see yourself living in.
