Yay! You have a found a home to write an offer! In this market where some houses are selling quickly, you will want to discuss your offer price with me, your Realtor. I can provide a market analysis with homes that have sold and that are the current competition in the area where the home is that you are wanting to buy.
I will provide all the purchase agreement paperwork for you to sign either electronically or in person-whichever you prefer. Once all the paperwork is signed, it will be sent over to the listing agent. A lot of the time, the seller will ask for a 24-hour response time. Your initial asking price will determine if there will be any negotiating.
