The first thing that will help you be competitive with other buyers in this market would be to get preapproved with a lender. If you need recommendations, I can certainly send you at least 2-3 lender’s information. Without a pre-approval letter, some sellers might think you are not serious about purchasing. If you do have a pre-approval letter, it shows the sellers that you have taken the time to speak with a lender and go over your financial situation.
Once you have gone through the pre-approval process and are ready to start looking at properties-please give me a call, text, or email. I can ask you what type of home you are looking for, your time frame for moving, maybe a particular neighborhood or school district, and if you have any must haves in your new home. We can then narrow down your search with your criteria and price.
I’m always happy to help and answer any questions you might have about the buying process.
