After you’ve had your buyer consult and I as your agent have compiled a list of what your must haves for your new home are, we will begin physically walking thru the homes that meet some of your criteria. We will schedule the showings around your work schedule or when it will be convenient for you. We can schedule as many as you would like to see in one given time frame.
Once you start walking through the homes, you will be able to determine what will be a good fit for you. You will be able to get a feel for the lay out and room size, and what will work and what won’t. Sometimes this process takes some time, always dependent on how many homes are available in your price range and your location choice.
